I was raised right here in Pecos, and this community means everything to me. Opening this food truck is more than just a business, it’s a lifelong dream and a way to give back to the place that helped shape who I am.

A portion of every sale will be donated to Pecos Independent Schools and Helping Paws Across Borders, because supporting our schools and helping animals in need are causes close to my heart.

Our menu is inspired by the bold flavors of New Mexican, Mexican, and slow-smoked favorites, bringing together tradition, comfort, and a little something special for our village to enjoy.

This truck is built on community, flavor, and giving back and I can’t wait to serve Pecos.
